Monster High Families Littler Sister!
Kelpie Blue is so far the only doll of this size that I own.
The only other doll this size that I am aware of in this line is Alivia Stein.
While smaller than the Little Sister
they also have the disadvantage of only having 5 points of articulation
like the basic reboot Monster High dolls.
